The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short block to the boardwalk and beach. The rooms, unfortunately, looked nothing like the pictures and were dirty; my family members even had to sleep on the floor due to insufficient cots. However, the hotel manager was exceptional in service, very friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable despite the room issues.

The hotel was in a great location, just across from the boardwalk and in Sea Side Heights. My family stayed in a very spacious room for six people. However, the windowsills were filthy and hadn't been cleaned in months, and they didn't have enough cots, so some had to sleep on the floor.

I wouldn't even put on my pj's, gross! Supposed to check in at 2, but the rooms are on the first floor at night. The location is very quiet but disturbingly had cigarette butts and hair clumps all around. Could be better.
